Your project information.

The inquiry form collects your name, contact information, business name, state, project needs, budget, timing and payment preference. JMP uses this information to review your inquiry, contact you and prepare a proposal.

Who uses it

JMP manages business inquiries. Relevant project details may be shared with Mia and qualified delivery contractors when necessary to scope or complete your project. The form is stored with our website hosting service and is accessible through a protected business workspace.

What to leave out

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, medical information or confidential information about your customers. The form does not process payments.

Your choices

Submitting an inquiry permits JMP to contact you about that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list. To request an update or deletion, reply to JMP’s project correspondence or submit a new inquiry identifying the request. Retention and any required project records will be reviewed when the request is received.
