Your 60-minute Strategy Consultation
Review the facts, discuss practical options and agree on next steps for one main concern. Receive a short written action summary by the delivery date agreed before booking. Optional extensions cost $45 per 15-minute block, with your advance approval and subject to availability.
Separate proposal or referral
If additional work is useful, choose a separately scoped JMP coordination proposal or an independent provider referral. Confirm availability, responsibility, price and terms before authorizing any further work.

Local St. Louis estimating requests may be coordinated with Eric, an independent provider, subject to confirmed scope and availability. For other U.S. states, JMP identifies a suitable estimator. Estimates are separately quoted; site visits, trades covered, plans, deliverables and turnaround are agreed before work begins. Estimates are not guaranteed final construction costs.

Custom websites, redesigns or customization of an available pre-built website; forms, hosting and maintenance as agreed. Confirm ownership, ongoing fees and support before choosing.

Automation & technology specialists
Customer-management software setup, booking connections, lead follow-up workflows, answering tools or AI assistant configuration and testing.

Business financing or credit specialists
Funding-readiness assessments, application preparation or eligible business-credit services within the provider’s scope. Confirm qualifications, fees and terms; no funding, credit-score improvement or approval is guaranteed.

Business attorneys
Legal advice, contract review, entity matters or other business legal needs within the attorney’s practice. The attorney provides legal services under a separate engagement; JMP does not provide legal advice.

Recruiting, staffing & other specialists
Recruitment, staffing, bookkeeping, accounting or other support when relevant to your actual need. Availability, qualifications, deliverables and fees must be confirmed before you commit.
Know who is responsible.For a direct referral, you contract and pay the provider, who is responsible for their work. For JMP-managed coordination, a separate written agreement defines JMP’s role, subcontractor responsibilities, deliverables and payment terms. Any applicable referral compensation is disclosed. Provider availability and qualifications are confirmed before an introduction; no revenue, hiring, financing or legal outcome is guaranteed.
